The Grand at Trafalgar Square is a recently-restored Victorian hotel first built in 1887 and located just off Trafalgar Square, a focal point of central London; the National Gallery, Covent Garden and theatre district are within three blocks' walk. London Heathrow Airport is 25 miles away with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.

Guests can begin the day with breakfast in the hotel restaurant (surcharge) and make use of the complimentary wireless Internet service available throughout the property. The gym provides active guests with a place to work out after sightseeing in central London. Coffee is available in the lobby. Getting there.
The Heathrow Express and Connect train services run to London Paddington Station every 15 minutes. From here take the Bakerloo underground Line to Charing Cross station. The airport is also on the Underground Piccadilly Line which runs to Picadilly Circus underground station; change for the Bakerloo Line southbound to Charing Cross. London's taxi cabs also serve Heathrow Airport and cost £50 to the city centre. The hotel is one block from Charing Cross train station, and underground exits lead into Trafalgar Square. The best way to get around the city is by using the Underground (metro) or bus services. Also, taxi cabs can be hailed in the street.
Driving directions. Take the A4 towards central London, passing Piccadilly Circus and following towards Trafalgar Square. The hotel is on Northumberland Avenue, half a block off Trafalgar Square.
